My journey with Ayurveda started in 2021, when after many years of digestive issues, menstrual pain, and diet experimentations, I was diagnosed with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). I knew a deeper connection and trust with my body was possible at that time, however I didn’t know the direct path forward and felt immensely scared and uncertain of my body’s inner workings, which almost appeared to be alien and unpredictable to me. Through working with my first ayurvedic healer, I started to learn the path of balance, gentleness, and deep trust and embodiment that felt so natural and intuitive. It didn't feel like trying out some new “health trend”, it felt like awakening to the truth that my body had always known from within. Through the use of herbs, simple regimen and routine changes, learning which habits negatively impacted my health, and understanding diet from an ayurvedic perspective, I started to feel better and better, and more in tune with nature’s rhythms! I would love to help you understand your own body's signals, rhythms, cycles, and to regain your natural birthright to trust your body's innate wisdom and healing capacity.
